Thanks to its unique architecture based on modern technologies and elegant materials, the entire building gains an exceptional character. The construction of the house ensures maximum stability and durability while maintaining excellent thermal conditions, guaranteeing comfort all year round.
Efficient layout design
The house layout provides maximum efficiency for every square meter. It is equipped with three bedrooms, a closed office, two bathrooms, a toilet, and a living room with a kitchenette that can provide comfort for up to 6 residents.
Short implementation time
Our houses can be built and delivered to the designated location within 99 days. This is up to modern prefabricated assembly elements, optimized logistics chains, and assembly teams trained in installation taking couple of days.*

Theta is another project that has been on our minds for some time now, as we have received numerous requests to expand existing garages with additional space to accommodate the needs of craftsmanship and do-it-yourself projects. We understand that having the proper space for these activities is essential for those who take pride in their work and want to do the job right.
This is why we are dedicated to ensuring that Theta is designed to meet the needs of these individuals and provide them with additional space for cabins & peripherals.

Our house has been designed with attention to every detail, both technically and visually.
Durability
We base the house on a steel (galvanized, cold-bent) structure. We have experience in working with this material and tests on deflection caused by strong winds leave no illusions - this is the most durable solution available. For this element alone we give a 50-year warranty.
Energy saving
Ruukki sandwich panels, UV selective glass, etc. - the materials used give us houses that allow us to approach zero energy balance on an annual basis.
Timeless design
Simple but distinctive solids with glazing with very narrow profiles second to none. These homes not only look good from the outside; staying in them is a pleasure.
Safety
Glazing with P2/P4 class; they have a tempered layer, locking giving burglary protection and are embedded in an aluminum frame. Entrance doors with RC2 class.
Modern facades
Seamed metal cladding and aluminum profiles with woodgrain varnish. To protect the facade we use powder varnish, highly resistant to weather conditions. For the varnish itself we give a 15-year warranty.
Fast construction
Shell & LVNG standard (with installations) we implement in a time frame of 99 days from the time of obtaining a building permit.

World glass solutions
Innovative, top-quality insulated glass. The new generation in sustainable building solutions. Highly selective glass for high transparency and solar protection. Facade

Why are your houses more expensive than the competition?

What is the division of responsibilities?
As standard, it is up to you to prepare the plot of land (bringing utilities, soil testing) and order the foundation slab based on our guidelines.
If you want to save time and have a smooth process, we can also take care of the formalities involved in obtaining a building permit. You can also take care of this on your own, your choice.
We order and deliver the components to your lot, build the house on the finished slab, and when we're done we clean up the site and hand the house over to you to use.
In general, however, we come flexible to the division of responsibilities, and we are happy to talk about customizing the whole process to your situation.
